OUR RETURN POLICY
Customer service and satisfaction is our number one priority! We want you to LOVE your Bottoms Up Boutique clothing, in the event that you don’t here are our policies.
All exchanges, including manufacturer’s defects, must be made within 30 days of purchase. All Bottoms Up Boutique clothing must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached with the exception of defective items.
Our customers are eligible to return your clothing back to us for a store credit, and we will pay your shipping by issuing you a prepaid shipping label: if you receive the incorrect order from us or you received damaged Bottoms Up Boutique clothing or your Bottoms Up Boutique clothing become defective within 30 days of purchase. Must have your original receipt for proof of purchase.
If you are unhappy about the fit, print, or color, you may return your unwashed, unaltered, and unworn Bottoms Up Boutique clothing with tags still attached to us for a store credit. For these returns shipping will be YOUR responsibility.
Bottoms Up Boutique does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Any items sent back to us with customer damage, without the proper forms, and/or without tags (where applicable) will not receive a credit.
We hand check our clothing TWO times before they make it to your door, quality is important to us and we want you to be happy, if you have any questions or concerns please email us at email@example.com.

HOW TO RETURN:
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the issue as well as pictures of the defective item. Please also include your order number or a copy of your receipt. Once we have determined you are eligible for an exchange we will issue you a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and form and send you a prepaid return label to your email. ONLY manufacturer’s defects are eligible for a prepaid return label. All returned products will be given in-store credit to be used online. All manufacturers defective returns will be given a FREE SHIPPING code to replace your item once your credit appears.
Please Note: Any returned items that are not accompanied by an approved RMA will not be accepted.
Please email us at email@example.com. to let us know you need a different pair! Shipping costs for EXCHANGES due to print preference or to change size is the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure your Bottoms Up Boutique clothing have been unwashed, unaltered, and unworn with tags still attached to receive your store credit. All EXCHANGE products will be given in-store credit to be used online. When shipping your EXCHANGE, we recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking when returning your Bottoms Up Boutique clothing. Bottoms Up Boutique cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. It can take anywhere from 15-30 days for us to receive your return. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process a credit for Bottoms Up Boutique within 3 business days.

Where do you get your leggings from?
We source our leggings from around the world! We are striving for excellence and we would like to offer you the best there is to offer at an affordable price. Our products are not made by forced labour, which is of utmost importance to Bottoms Up Boutique.
What is the material of your leggings?
Unless otherwise noted, our leggings are 92% Polyester and 8% Spandex, and have an extremely ultra soft feel to them.
How does your FREE Shipping work?
Bottoms Up Boutique offers their Retail customers free shipping to anywhere in Canada on any single order totaling $75.00 (including taxes).
Our orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Shipments times – though they can vary – average 2-5 days in Canada from the date your parcel is accepted at a Canada Post Outlet
Can I pick up my order?
If you live in Paris, Ontario or surrounding areas and wish to pick up your clothing order simply choose the pick up option at the check out and Bottoms Up will be in contact with you to arrange the details. All other orders are shipped directly to your address for your convenience.
How do I wash my leggings?
To get the longest life out of our clothing hand washing is recommended however, washing on GENTLE cycle, in cold water is also acceptable. Always hang to dry, never place in dryer.
